Konstantin Kotelnikov The opera and concert tenor Konstantin Kotelnikov was born on September 4, 1968 in Odessa.

He made his debut appearence as Lensky at the Odessa Opera House in 1992 and in the same year was Laureate of the International Competition of Yonger Singers in St.Petersburg.

He has also received the Diploma and Encouragement Prize of the III N.A.Rimsky-Korsakov International Competition of the Young Singers (St.Petersburg).

EDUCATION

  • 2000 Master-class of B. Weikl in Moscow.
  • 1996 Master-class of G. Vishnievskaia a St. Petersburg.
  • 1989 - 1994 Odessa A. V. Nezhdanova State Conservatoire; major: singing; qualification: opera and concert singer, teacher.
  • 1986 - 1992 Odessa N. I. Pirogov Medical Institute.
  • 1975 - 1985 Odessa Specialised Secondary School with teaching a number of subjects in the French Language.
