Winnie Wilson Goree
Mezzo-soprano,  Voice Teacher
Winnie Wilson Goree Mezzo-soprano Winnie Wilson Goree teaches private voice students in her studio in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Goree has more than twenty five years of teaching experience.

She received her masters degree from Wichita State University.

She has sung with organizations including The Atlanta Opera, as a fellowship award singer with The Choral Guild of Atlanta, and as a soloist with many of Atlanta's largest cathedrals and churches.

Winnie is currently active as an oratorio soloist, and recitalist. Ms. Goree believes that singers should have a solid foundation of vocal technique, lyric diction, musicianship, and acting skills that are vital to the art form.

Winnie Wilson Goree is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing, and of the Georgia Chapter of N.A.T.S.

Winnie teaches in an atmosphere of joyful energy using vocal literature well suited to the needs of her students. She believes that singing should be a fun and inspiring experience.
