François Espinasse
Organist
François Espinasse François Espinasse was born in 1961 and studied the piano, the organ, chamber music, musical analysis, harmony and counterpoint at the " Conservatoire National de Région " of Toulouse (France).

In 1980, he obtained an organ first prize in Xavier Darasse's class and the following year, another first prize in André Isoir's class at the " Conservatoire d'Orsay ".

In 1986 and 1988, he was awarded the third prize in International Organ Competitions held in Toulouse and Musashino (Japan.)

He is currently an organ professor in the " Conservatoire National de Région " of Bordeaux (France) and organist at St-Séverin's church in Paris.

He has given recitals, concerts and master-classes in many European countries, Israël, Korea and Japan. He played as soloist with notably Charles Dutoit.

He is a member of the Historical Organs Committee and of " New Organs Committee " in the French Ministery of Culture.
