INES TALI-REINGOLD
alias INÈZ is a composer and performer, who graduated from the Estonian Music Academy as a pianist. She is currently doing her Philosophy Doctorate research work on musicology ("Intuition and Music") at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. She has had various articles published in Finland, Estonia, and gives lectures at different universities and academic institutions. During 1999 she gave papers and performances at international conferences in musicology (in England, the CMI-99 in Oslo, Norway). INEZ started her compositional career in 1994. Since 1994 she has been engaged with different projects of electro-acoustic tape music in different joint productions in the fields of drama, poetry, light-art, performance, radiophony, theatre, short films and pop-music. Her compositions range from contemporary experimental suites to ambient, from trance-techno to neopsychodelia. Her compositions have been broadcast on various international radio channels, programs and television in Finland, Denmark, France,U.S.A., Canada,Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Australia, Estonia, and other countries.
