Chris Gasson

Chris Gasson is based in Birmingham, UK, where he currently freelances as a trumpet player. He is involved in two established groups, the 'Imperial Brass Quintet' and the trumpet and organ duo,
'Silvertone'.
Trained as an orchestral player at the Birmingham Conservatoire, Chris performs regularly with orchestras in the West Midlands. Recent engagements include Bach's 'B Minor Mass' and 'Magnificat'.
As well as orchestral work, Chris has given a number of solo recitals in Birmingham and Hampstead. He has played on a number of recordings and his session work has included the likes of 'Ben Folds Five'.
